NZ: Up to 5 Working Days from dispatch
Rural Delivery: Allow an additional 2 days
International Delivery: Up to 15 Working Days

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on working days. You'll receive a confirmation and tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.

We operate Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched the following week.

Carrier

We use Post Haste for our deliveries and signatures are required for all parcels. If no-one is present to sign for the delivery, a calling card will be left with information about collecting or organising re-delivery from your local depot.
