When should I use GU Energy Gels?

Energy Gels can be incorporated into your fuelling plan before or during exercise, particularly for longer training sessions and endurance events. Follow the New Zealand product guidance for recommended use and serving limits.

Should I drink water with a GU Energy Gel?

Yes. GU recommends taking its original Energy Gels with a few sips of water. This can also help make gels easier to consume during activity.
