Magda's Recovery Smoothie

Magda Boulet, our VP of Research, Innovation, & Development, whips up this smoothie after her morning workout before heading to the office. We hope you enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seed
  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup milk (coconut milk, almond milk, or soy milk)
  • 2-4 tbsp. of nut butter (depending on preference)
  • 1 serving (2 scoops) of ROCTANE Protein Recovery Drink Mix (Chocolate Smoothie or Vanilla Bean)
  • A pinch of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender
  • Blend it!
  • Enjoy while you recover!
